I have just returned from town picking up cleaning supplies and drink bottles for children.
Town is chaos.
At 12:45pm traffic was bumper to bumper from Gull to well past the roundabout at Loop Rd and further south. It appears to be a combination of covid testing on Kioreroa Rd is causing backups. Testing is happening at the old Warren Haye Marine building and the ques go for miles.
If you decide to pick up your child early for traffic reasons only, please phone the office from the gate and we will collect your child(ren) from class. This is not for health reason, only panic traffic congestion.
Otherwise we are here as per normal.
DRINK BOTTLES:
Please ensure your child brings a named drink bottle each day. We have a limited supply of spare bottles at school.
