After School Care Club

Our After School Care Club is provided as a service to our school community and is therefore only available to students of Ōtaika Valley School.

The programme is run and managed by the school. All communication regarding the programme should be directed to our After School Care Supervisor, Robyn Drake.  Please email Robyn at r.drake@otaika.school.nz

Enrolment:

Once availability has been confirmed, parents/caregivers must complete and sign an After School Care Club contract before using the service.

Note: ASC contracts must be renewed annually. Robyn will issue renewal forms in Term 4 each year.

Hours:

3:00pm – 5:00pm.
Your child/children need to be picked up by 5:00pm.

To book or cancel

Parents or caregivers must email Robyn at r.drake@otaika.school.nz to make a booking or cancellation. We will not accept bookings or cancellations from students.

Please make bookings by 3:00pm the day before attendance, or email on Sunday for Monday bookings.

Please notify us of cancellations the day before so that available spaces can be offered to other families.

We cannot guarantee a space for late bookings. Late bookings or cancellations made after these times will automatically incur a $10 booking fee.

Fee Structure

3:00pm – 4:00pm = $7.00

4:00pm – 5:00pm = $14.00

Invoiced weekly, statements monthly.

Sport Holding Fee = $10.00 (booking space held.  If sport is cancelled, please contact the office, this will enable your child to attend ASC as per normal).

**Children collected after 5:00pm will incur a late fee of $20.00
ASC is not available for children returning from school camps.
